Young Milly, who originally and still goes by the name June 1st, first became interested in making music around the age of 12. The name Stack Millz is not a front it more like a goal that he is going for. Growing up listening to unique and talented artists like Tupac, Dmx, and Jay-Z to name a few. He became even more fascinated with the freestyle and battling part of Hip-Hop music as he observed his older brother and cousins freestyle accapella. Around the age of 13 with his parents splitting he moved to Norfolk, Virginia and linked up with Victor and Elmer two friends who became like brothers to him before they passed away. Occasionally they would just sit outside the apartment buildings sitting and leaning on a old car Victor, making beats on the hood while Stack and Elmer spit lines off the top of their head. Elmer (from Indiana) possesed a type of style that was similar to that of the late Pimp C, While Stack relied on lyrical skills and well put together punchlines. He became more polished as a rapper as he worked together with them freestyling regularly, although being in a crime ridden neighborhood they were constantly in and out of trouble. At the age of 16 Stack moved to Elizabeth City,NC to be around family. As he left he told Elmer and Victor that they would one day see him and BET and he would make sure they all got the recognition they deserved. A month later he found out while looking at the news they were both killed in a car crash along with another friend. Saddened by this news he decided to work even harder polishing his skills and working with plenty of different artists. To this date he has 5 albums and over 25 mixtapes he has released. With his witty punchlines, sick flow, and catchy hooks he is a shoe in to be the next big artist. Stack has since then started trends and remained to be a leader in the world of Hip-hop.
