Biography

D.A. Bio: Born in 1984, D.A. or Deon Andre has roots in Eastern N.C. but his flavor came from V.A. which is where he grew up. Identifying with rappers Easy E, Public Enemy, Tupac, and Method Man they influenced him to start writing and freestyling. At the age of 13, his first group KountySyde, which consisted mainly of family, is when he coined his “up north with a southern slang style.” D.A. feels he can add another dimension to the rap game. With a catalog of material, D.A. is still motivated to get his message out there even after being put on the back burner by a previous management company. “I’m here to give versatile no B.S. lyrics, you know? Real life experiences.” D.A. is definitely leaving the competition Dead on Arrival.
